School children as water scientists
The primary school children are actively participating in monitoring the water quality of nearby ditches and lakes. They conduct the examinations with their teachers during spring and autumn. In addition to water quality, the children also examine water insects.

The aim of this Learning Scenario is to carry out a project with students that will connect uncultivated existent green areas and external spaces of the school with green cycling paths and walking tracks. Schools as Innovation Hubs for the Green Transition: Transforming Schools into NBS Living Labs
This booklet is a simplified introduction to the Whole-School Approach and its basic pillars, as a way to integrate Nature-Based Solutions into schools and transform them into living labs. Questions such as what it means for a school to be an NBS Living Lab and what are the benefits, what are the pillars of the Whole-School Approach and the basic steps for following the living lab methodology, what it means to have an open schooling culture and which learning methods are more suitable, will be answered through the booklet.

Seeds for life
Secondary school students create a vegetable roof school garden in collaboration with experts and families. The activities of this Learning Scenario (LS) will be carried out to re-develop an unused part of the school, promoting actions in favor of biodiversity, climate change and urban redevelopment.
