Course 'Soluciones basadas en la naturaleza frente al cambio global'
This course for students of the University of Granada explores new ways to conserve and restore the landscape through nature based solutions, presenting relevant methodologies and case studies. Students generate transdisciplinary skills, strengthen their knowledge on the subject and develop action-oriented initiatives.

Nature Based Solutions Challenge
In the Nature Based Solutions Challenge, student teams from around the world worked on a nature-based solution in their own local context, addressing climate change mitigation, climate change adaptation and biodiversity restoration, as well as societal and economic impacts. Eight teams from Brazil, Congo, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka the Netherlands and Uganda were selected by the jury to implement their Nature-based Solutions project. With mentoring from experts in the field and funding (2500 euro), they worked on their projects from May untill September 2022.

Nature Based Solutions Course- University of Southhampton
In addition to gaining an understanding of Nature Based Solutions students gain an ability to critically assess NBS in terms of their social and ecological trade-offs. These skills will be assessed through both lectures as well as a self-directed case study, and a written final examination. In addition, students work in groups to give a presentation on the social, and ecological strengths and weaknesses of a major NBS intervention.

Nature Based Solutions Postgraduate Course-University of Edinburgh
The post-graduate course provides students with skills in critical analyses of scientific rationales for current NbS strategies through lectures and field courses. Students engage and become familiar with the latest research in NbS in different ecosystems and develop their understanding of cross-cutting issues in ecosystem services, climate change and ecology.

NBS EduWORLD Initial report on NBS in higher education
This milestone report explores the current understanding, approaches, and pedagogies of higher education in NBS, encompassing vocational, entrepreneurial, and tertiary domains.
The primary aim of the report is to summarise existing and potential needs-based education approaches at higher level to present a state of the art. This output will form the core input on which the design of educational learning units can be based. These learning units will be developed for NBS EduWORLD Work Package 4 (WP4).
