Nature Based Solutions Postgraduate Course-University of Edinburgh
The post-graduate course provides students with skills in critical analyses of scientific rationales for current NbS strategies through lectures and field courses. An interactive map linking nature-based solutions to climate change adaptation outcomes based on a systematic review of the peer-reviewed literature. It allows to (i) explore evidence on how effective different nature-based interventions are for addressing climate change impacts; (ii) Compare social, economic, and ecological effects of different nature-based interventions; (iii) Filter by region, country, ecosystem type, intervention type, or type of outcome; (iv) Generate maps, graphs and download data; (v) Directly link from science to national climate policy.
