Nature-based solutions for Climate mitigation and adaptation

In this Learning Scenario, students will explore the following nature-based solutions (NBS): a school vegetable garden that will reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and provide food and plants that improve students’ health and wellbeing and a green network of schools to foster student participation and action at a local level. This Learning Scenario was developed as part of the Integrating Nature-Based Solutions in Education project, funded by the European Commission Directorate-General for Research and Innovation and coordinated by PPMI, in collaboration with European Schoolnet (EUN).
